Today was a another win day. I did my physio stretches as well as a 30 min workout on the treadmil!! Whoohoo *fist pump* 10 min warm up, 10 min run, 10 min cool down. To many this doesn't seem that impressive, considering what I've been able to accomplish in the past. Well for me, in my current "under construction" state, its a win! A big one too, as I had to fight with my fears the whole time I was on the treadmil! Normally I say my prayer and or the usual mantra, but it didn't seem to be working. Then I had a pretty cool epiphany come over me and my mind went beyond earth and "God is bigger than my fears" came forth from my spirit and the burden of fear almost instantly became lighter. And so for the rest of the run and thats what I repeated over and over and over. Imagining I was beyond this space on Earth and God was there to take over and chase the fears away. It was pretty cool! :-)
Life is often to short to let it just pass you by and to forget about it. People will come into your life and change it upside down and then leave. Friends stay with you through your darkest days and then go on to a new life...You meet and leave people all your life, and your experiances with them and strangers are all apart of where this life is taking you along it's twisted and rough path. I don't know about you but I won't let myself forget where I've been and where I've come.
